The precast gel SERVAGel™ Neutral HSE is a specially for High Speed Electrophoresis developed version of the SERVAGel™ Neutral pH 7.4 (cat. no. 43220). With the standard SDS-Tris-glycine buffer system (Laemmli) it can be operated at 400 V, which reduces the electrophoresis time to 20 min.The separation range is from 6.5 up to 200 kDa.Obtained from proprietary development, the SERVAGel™ Neutral HSE features extended shelf life due to its neutral buffer system.
