Minimum Order Value
A minimum product subtotal of £20 excluding VAT and delivery charges is required to place an online order. The minimum order requirement will be shown in your basket before checkout.
Shipping Fees

For complete pricing transparency, all shipping costs, applicable taxes (including VAT), and the final order amount will be clearly presented at checkout prior to order confirmation and payment.
All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.
Payment Terms

Delivery
All orders will be delivered to the delivery address you provided with the order. Please ensure your delivery details are accurate.
We normally dispatch Products within three (3) working days of receiving your order, excluding pre-order or special-order items. However, dispatch and delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to stock inconsistency, supplier lead times, peak periods, or carrier delays.
Estimated delivery dates are displayed for guidance only and are based on information supplied by the delivery company.
If an incorrect or defective Product is delivered to you, please notify us promptly. Where the claim is approved, ALLIEDCHEMI LTD will cover the applicable return delivery and replacement delivery charges.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If delivery is delayed for any reason, we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
