Sterile ROTI ® Cell Myco-Free CELLPURE ® 50x conc., sterile, ready-to-use ROTI ® Cell Myco-Free is a reliable, rapidly effective reagent for eradication of contaminations by mycoplasms and other bacteria in cell culture. The sterile solution ROTI ® Cell Myco-Free is composed of a mixture of specially selected antibiotics in PBS, which are known to be highly potent, even in very low concentrations. The effect is due to a specific interaction with prokaryotic protein biosynthesis by inhibition of translation and of the transcription complex located gyrase. Eukaryotic cells are not affected.
