ROTI ® Prep Forensic for molecular biology ROTI ® Prep Forensic Kit has been developed for the rapid and efficient isolation of genomic DNA from forensic samples such as hair or hair roots, blood, saliva or sperm stains, fingernails, cigarette butts, chewing gum, buccal swabs, stamps, envelopes, and fingerprints on various surfaces. The isolation is carried out using the proven and reliable column centrifugation technique, which is very easy to handle and requires only a few steps. DTT (Order No.: 6908.1), 1.5 ml reaction tubes (Order No.: 7080.1), Ethanol 99.8% (pa., Order No.: 9065), and RNase A (Order No.: 7156) are not included in the kit and should be ordered separately if needed.
