ROTI ® Prep DNA Micro for molecular biology ROTI ® Prep DNA Micro was developed to isolate genomic DNA from small sample amounts of different source materials. The isolation is based on a new method and combines sample lysis with the subsequent binding of the DNA to the surface of a column membrane. After several washing and centrifugation steps, the DNA is eluted from the membrane using an elution buffer. Ethanol 99.8 % (p.a., Art. No. 9065), RNase free water (Art. No. 1HPE.1), 1.5 ml reaction tubes (Art. No. 1KPA.1) and RNase A (optional, Art.
