1 Production Description

Glycerol ROTIPURAN ® ≥99,5 %, p.a., anhydrous This anhydrous glycerol is used for the storage and concentration of enzymes and other samples at low temperatures. It is also used for the purification of bacteriophages and other biological molecules by a glycerol step gradient. Due to its high density it is often a component of electrophoresis loading buffers.
