Crafted to support technical production environments, our Hematoxylin Solution A Acc. To Weigert is designed for cell nucleus staining in histology and cytology applications. It's also utilized in Masson-Goldner trichrome staining and trichrome staining according to van Gieson. For optimal results, mix this solution with its counterpart, Hematoxylin Solution B, at a ratio of 1:1 before use. This iron hematoxylin solution maintains stability for up to eight days when stored at room temperature. Please note that while it supports microscopic analysis, this product is not classified as a medical device or an In Vitro Diagnostic (IVD) product. Its density is 0.9g/cm³.
