pUC19-Marker ready-to-use ready-to-use, not prestained Irregular DNA-marker for analysis of small DNA fragments. The marker was manufactured using pUC19-DNA and restriction endonuclease Msp I. Made from natural plasmids: fragment sizes can be validated! The concentration of the individual fragments is equimolar so that rough quantitation of the analysed DNA is possible.
