pUC19/Msp I lyophilised, not prestained Irregular DNA-marker for analysis of small DNA fragments. The marker was manufactured using pUC19-DNA and restriction endonuclease Msp I. Made from natural plasmids: fragment sizes can be validated! The concentration of the individual fragments is equimolar so that rough quantitation of the analysed DNA is possible. Fig.: 1 % agarose (NEEO, Art. No. 2267) + 1 % Synergel ™ (Art. No. 0184).
