Flexible, Food & Beverage Dispensing Tubing Tygon® E-1000 tubing from Saint-Gobain is engineered for food and beverage dispensers with complicated set-ups, sharp radius curves, and multiple directional changes. It extremely soft and flexible, contains non-DEHP [Bis (2-ethylhexyl) phthalate] plasticizers and has been tested rigorously to meet stringent standards for low temperature and corrosive chemical resistance. It stays flexible at temperatures as low as -67°F (-55°C), and its low durometer (40) provides minimal resistance to compression – making it ideal for low-torque or battery-driven peristaltic pumps and an excellent alternative to silicone tubing wherever corrosive chemicals are used.Tygon® Ultra-Soft tubing resists a broad range of aqueous chemicals and provides an excellent alternative to silicone tubing in applications where corrosive chemicals are used. Its min. resistance to compression permits use in low-torque peristaltic pump applications, incl. battery-driven types. Its smooth bore facilitates easy cleaning and helps prevent possible buildup. This tubing is not autoclavable. - With non-DEHP plasticiser. - Can be sterilised with gas. - Hardness: Shore A, 40. - Ultra-soft and flexible. - Performs well at low temperatures to - 73 °C. - Max. temperature + 52 °C. - Sold in m.
