ROTI ® Lux SYBR ® Green qPCR Master Mixes are suitable for all common types of quantitative gene expression analyses and genotyping using real-time PCR. The qPCR Master Mixes contain an optimised DNA polymerase that enables ultra-fast runs in less than 20 minutes. Due to the particularly high sensitivity, just one template per reaction is sufficient for the analysis. The Master Mixes are also characterised by high temperature stability, which enables pipetting at room temperature and means that they remain stable even after several reeze and Thawcycles (>10x). Sensitivity and dynamic range: The ROTI ® Lux SYBR ® Green qPCR Master Mixes deliver consistent and reliable results, even at low input amounts such as 0.1 pg cDNA, or 1 template per reaction.
