ROTI ® Lux Probe qPCR Master Mixes are suitable for all common types of probe-based assays, for probe-based genotyping using multiplexing and for the analysis of gene expression in quantitative real-time PCR. The qPCR Master Mixes contain an optimised DNA polymerase that enables ultra-fast runs in less than 20 minutes. Due to the high sensitivity, even the smallest amounts of cDNA (<1pg) can be detected. The Master Mixes are also characterised by a particularly high temperature stability, which enables pipetting at room temperature and which means that they remain stable even after several Freeze and Thaw cycles (>10x). Properties: High temperature stability Excellent sensitivity (<1 pg cDNA) Ultra-fast qPCR in <20 min Compatible with all common probe systems (primer probes, hydrolysis probes such as TaqMan ® , hybridization probes) For all common qPCR cyclers - optionally with or without ROX Applications: Probe-based qPCR analyses Multiplexing Gene expression analyses Genotyping ROTI ® Lux Probe qPCR Master Mix 2x, ready to use, low ROX Master mix with low concentration (100 nM) of the reference dye ROX (6-Carboxy-X-rhodamine) Suitable for: Quantstudio™ Cycler ( Thermofisher) qTower (Analytik Jena) Mx3000P ® qPCR Systeme (Agilent) Rotor-Gene™ (Qiagen) Stability at room temperature: The ROTI ® Lux qPCR Mastermixes can be stored at room temperature (≤30 °C) for at least 14 days. Sensitivity and dynamic range: The ROTI ® Lux Probe qPCR Master Mixes deliver consistent and reliable results, even at low input amounts such as 0.1 pg cDNA, or 1 template per reaction. Stability by multiple freeze and thaw cycles: The stability of the ROTI ® Lux qPCR master mixes is guaranteed even after multiple freeze and thaw cycles (≥10). Robust sensitivity: The ROTI ® Lux Probe qPCR Master Mixes provide stable and quantifiable results even at high Cq levels. Not a medical device / Not an IVD product
