Suitable for laboratory and industrial environments, the HPLC Column Nucleodur® C 18 Pyramid offers versatile applications in separating various organic compounds. With its fully porous particles (FPP), 5 μm particle size, and 3.9 ml column volume, it provides excellent pressure stability up to 400 bar and temperature resistance up to 60°C. This reversed-phase (RP) column features octadecyl (C 18, ODS) modification with polar endcapping, making it ideal for aqueous eluents and suitable for 100% aqueous eluents. Its specific surface area according to BET is 340 m²/g, ensuring efficient separation of complex mixtures. Recommended applications include pharmaceutical raw materials, very polar compounds, analgesics, water-soluble vitamins
