HPLC column NUCLEODUR ® Phenyl-Hexyl This hydrophobic phase is based on high purity NUCLEODUR ® silica gel and modified with phenylhexyl. This RP phase gives an alternative selectivity in comparison to classical C 18 modifications. Separation principle based on two retention mechanisms - π-π interactions and hydrophobic interactions. Due to low bleeding characteristics this HPLC phase is suitable for LC/MS. Delivery incl. 1x analytical HPLC column, instruction leaflet, certificate of analysis.
