Methylene blue solution ROTI ® HistoGreen alcohol-free, ready-to-use , for microscopy The ROTI ® HistoGreen methylene blue solution is an alcohol-free staining solution for staining blood and bone marrow smears as well as bacterial smears. Methylene blue is used for the detection of bacteria and fungi in microbiology. Please note Blood smears should always be prepared from fresh blood samples. ROTI ® HistoGreen staining solutions are ready-to-use and do not need to be filtered before use!
