Prepared for use in regulated laboratory conditions, this 2D-Double-Gel Flatbed 12.5% Kit contains four plastic-backed gels, designed for running two 11 cm IPG strips along with one marker lane via horizontal electrophoresis on compatible systems such as HPE™ BlueTower, HPE™ BlueHorizon, or Multiphor II™. These gels, measuring 250 mm x 110 mm x 0.65 mm, are optimized for silver and Coomassie® staining but not recommended for fluorescent applications. Each kit includes necessary components like running and equilibration buffers, FS wicks, and cooling contact fluid.
