Inhibitor Cocktail His-tag ready-to-use, for biochemistry, EDTA free Inhibitor cocktail for inhibition of a broad range of proteases. Inhibits serine proteases, aminopeptidase B, leucine-aminopeptidases, cysteine proteases, aspartic proteases, and metalloendopeptidases. Recommended as cocktail for protease inhibition particularly for extraction of His-tagged proteins from bacterial extracts. EDTA-free to allow optimal Ni ++ - or Co ++ -his binding in affinity chromatography. Directions for use Recommended dilution approx. 1:100. Provided as stock-solution in DMSO.
