Recommended for applications requiring controlled solvent behavior, the Spe Polypropylene Columns Roti ® X Bond Florisil ® come packaged in sets of four with five units each. These open tubular syringe-shaped columns with Luer tip outlets offer a column volume of 12 ml and are filled with 1000 mg of Magnesium silicate (MgO – SiOH 15/85), making them ideal for the extraction of polar compounds from non-polar matrices. With a large particle size of 150-250 µm, these columns allow easy extraction of viscous samples and large volume samples. They are particularly useful for separating PCBs, PAHs, aliphatic carboxylic acids, organic tin compounds, mycotoxins in food, pesticides containing chlorine, nitrogen and
