Widely applied in chemical workflows, Spe Polypropylene Columns Roti ® X Bond Cn are open tubular syringe-shaped columns filled with cyanopropyl (CN, nitrile) modified silica gel particles. These columns have a specific surface area of 280 m²/g and a pore size of 70 Å, making them suitable for separating cyclosporins, carbohydrates, and enriching some metal ions. With a particle size range of 40-75 μm and a carbon content of 5.8%, these columns offer strong adsorption capabilities while maintaining good reproducibility. They come pre-filled with 1000 mg of material and are housed within PP columns equipped with PE filter elements, ensuring reliable performance during use.
