This separation column, with a particle size of 5 µm and fully porous particles (FPP), is ideal for the separation of biomolecules such as proteins and peptides. With a specific surface area of 100 m²/g according to BET, it offers excellent interaction and retention mechanisms via hydrophobic van der Waals interactions and some residual silanol interactions.
