Widely applied in chemical workflows, TLC Plates Polygram® with Polyamide-6 offer exceptional separation capabilities for various organic compounds. These plates, made of polyester material with a modification of Polyamide 6 (PA6), provide an ideal platform for separating amino acids, aromatic nitro compounds, carboxylic acids, natural compounds, and phenols. The normal phase (NP) separation principle leverages hydrogen bonds to the amide groups of the polymer matrix, along with ion, dipole, and electron donor/acceptor interactions. Operating within a pH range of 2.0-8.0, these TLC plates can handle a broad spectrum of chemical applications while maintaining temperature stability below 185°C.
