The normal phase (NP) separation principle leverages hydrogen bonds to the amide groups of the polymer matrix, along with ion, dipole, and electron donor/acceptor interactions. Operating within a pH range of 2.0-8.0, these TLC plates can handle a broad spectrum of chemical applications while maintaining temperature stability below 185°C.
