<p>Indium sulfamate is the preferred indium plating bath for the following reasons: a) it is stable, easy to maintain and to operate, b) no costly additives are required for operation, c) as a matter of fact, when pH rises above 3.5, the only additive required in the operation of the bath is sulfamic acid, d) indium sulfamate has a reduced toxicity. Indium sulfamate is used for electroplating and for other special applications thanks to the high current densities that can be applied.</p>
