Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with what you bought. However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund, credit note, or an exchange. Please see our return policy for more information.

 

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within twenty-one (21) days of placing your order. All returned items must be in original and unused condition, with all genuine tags and labels intact.

 

How to Return to Us

If you wish to return an item, please contact our team at info@alliedchemi.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item(s) you want to return securely in their original packaging and include evidence of purchase, then mail your return to the address set out below:

Please note, we will not cover the costs of delivery or re-delivery for returns. You must cover these yourself. We recommend selecting a secure, trackable delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during transit.

 

REFUNDS

Once your returned item(s) have been received and inspected, your return or exchange will be processed within seven (7) days after the returned item has been received and verified. Refunds are processed promptly; however, it may take up to 30 days for the refunded amount to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your card issuer's processing timelines. You will be notified by email when your return has been processed.

 

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Certain items are not eligible for return due to safety, regulatory, and quality control requirements. This includes opened or used chemical products, hazardous materials, temperature-sensitive goods, custom or special-order items, and products supplied with tamper-evident seals that have been broken. Additionally, items returned without original packaging, proper documentation, or outside the specified return window may not be accepted. For safety and compliance reasons, all return requests are subject to review before approval.
