RETURNS
All eligible returns must be requested within twenty-one (21) days of receiving the order. All returned items must be in original and unused condition, with all genuine tags and labels intact.
How to Return to Us
If you wish to return an item, please contact our team at info@alliedchemi.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item(s) you want to return securely in their original packaging and include evidence of purchase, then mail your return to the address set out below:

Please note, we will not cover the costs of delivery or re-delivery for returns. You must cover these yourself. We recommend selecting a secure, trackable delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during transit.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Certain items are not eligible for return due to safety, regulatory, and quality control requirements. This includes opened or used chemical products, hazardous materials, temperature-sensitive goods, custom or special-order items, and products supplied with tamper-evident seals that have been broken. Additionally, items returned without original packaging, proper documentation, or outside the specified return window may not be accepted. For safety and compliance reasons, all return requests are subject to review before approval.
Note: If you receive a defective or incorrect item(s), we will cover the applicable return delivery and redelivery charges.
