dichtol AM Hydro Dichtol AM Hydro is a water-based, transparently curing impregnating agent specifically developed for sealing porous 3D-printed parts. It penetrates deeply into the microstructures of SLS, SLA, or FDM components and reliably seals them against liquids and gases. Application is simple by brushing, dipping, or injecting, without altering the appearance of the part.
dichtol AM Makro Dichtol AM Makro is a ready-to-use, single-component polymer for 3D printing that reliably impregnates and seals large pores (0.1–0.5 mm). It provides high pressure tightness and is particularly suitable for large parts or localized leakages through brushing, dipping, injecting, or spraying.
dichtol AM Spray The dichtol AM Spray is suitable for sealing 3D-printed components with small pores (up to approx. 0.1 mm) and provides reliable protection against gases and liquids. It comes in a spray can, allowing quick and uniform application even on complex shapes. With multiple coatings and sufficient exposure to moisture, the polymer can penetrate deeply into the microstructure.
dichtol AM Makro Spray Dichtol AM Makro Spray is specifically designed for large-pore 3D-printed parts (pore size ~ 0.1–0.5 mm) and securely seals them with a sprayable polymer formulation. It ensures high pressure tightness and additionally provides temporary corrosion and transport protection. Application is convenient via spray can, e.g. by multiple cross-spraying and keeping the surface moist to achieve deep impregnation.
dichtol AM Dichtol AM is a low-viscosity, single-component polymer specifically developed for sealing and impregnating porous structures in additively manufactured parts. Owing to its pronounced capillary action, the product penetrates deeply into microcracks and pores, ensuring long-lasting gas and liquid tightness without the need for additional processes such as vacuum or pressure impregnation.
dichtol AM UV-Protection dichtol AM UV Protection is a low-viscosity, polymer-based system that makes 3D-printed parts both gas- and liquid-tight while protecting them from UV radiation, ensuring that colors and materials retain their appearance for longer. It cures quickly at room temperature (temperature resistant up to approx. +200 °C) and is suitable for common printing processes such as FDM, SLS, or MJF. Application can be carried out by brushing, dipping, spraying, or injecting – ideal for components exposed to UV radiation or external environmental influences.
