Material: PP. Advanced Polypropylene Powder for a Wide Range of Innovative Applications Ultrasint ® PP harnesses the properties of polyolefins for Powder Bed Fusion (PBF) technologies, making the rapid printing of individualized and functional serial production parts a reality. Thanks to the well-known characteristics of polypropylene, this powder delivers excellent chemical resistance, ductility and media tightness. The enhanced formula goes one step beyond: In contrast to commonly used polyamides, Ultrasint ® PP boasts excellent plasticity, higher elongation, durability, and low moisture absorption. The high rigidity makes the material especially well-suited for technical applications and durable 3D printed polypropylene parts, from prototyping through to functional parts. On top of that, it’s an economically attractive alternative to commonly used PA12, making it an interesting choice to expand 3D printing applications and volumes. Ultrasint ® PP 1400 Black Advanced Polypropylene Powder for a Wide Range of Innovative Applications Advantages: Also suitable for desktop machines Easy to print Isotropic behavior including in E@B Extremely high rigidity Excellent chemical resistance Sustainable - Low density & Recyclability Weldability with other PP parts Easy finishing incl. smoothing, Ultracur3D ® UV Adhesion Promoter Application examples: Automotive (fluid systems, pipings, housing) Economic and functional prototypes Multi-purpose industrial goods Pharma/laboratories - (custom chemical tools) Insoles

Material: PP. Note: Our partner Forward AM will relocate the production of its Ultrafuse filaments to a new site. From the previous production facility – managed by the same experienced team – the new, independent brand Bedrock 3D has emerged. To continue offering you the same high-quality filaments you’re used to, we are expanding our product range to include the Bedrock 3D brand. For you, this means: Same high quality, same material properties – just with new packaging! During a transitional period, filaments with the old label may still be delivered. As soon as the Ultrafuse filaments are available again, they will be ready to order in the webshop as usual. Bedrock 3D standard filaments allow anyone to 3D print their own design ideas on almost any modern fused filament fabrication (FFF) printer. Carefully selected raw materials for high-quality and optimized 3D printing filaments ensure easy handling and consistently good printing results. Bedrock 3D PP Bedrock 3D PP is a high-performance thermoplastic with low density, high elasticity, and high resistance to fatigue. Advantages: Tough and strong Fatigue resistant Chemical resistant Light weight (low density) Biocompatible Application examples: Chemical contact Prototyping
