LOCTITE ® offers a selection of highly advanced specialty resins from Henkel, known for their distinctive and unique properties. These materials are specifically designed to meet the specific requirements of industrial and commercial applications. Loctite ® 3D 3955 First photopolymer with flame retardant and FST standards LOCTITE ® 3D 3955 from Henkel is a halogen-free high-performance material with high modulus and excellent flexural and tensile strength properties. This highly rigid material meets the UL-certified UL94 V-0 flame retardancy requirements and is UL-Blue-Card certified. Additionally, it passes FST tests (AITM2-0002, AITM2-0007, AITM3-0005) and offers high heat deflection temperature (HDT), maintaining nearly unchanged shape stability even in demanding environments. The resin is specifically designed for optimal processing on industrial DLP printers. Advantages: Extremely high heat deflection temperature (285°C) Excellent surface quality High modulus of elasticity Halogen-free Meets UL94 V-0 flame retardancy and aerospace FST standards Directions for use This material requires preheating to 60° C prior to printing. Application examples: Applications in aerospace and transportation Buckles and connectors for control systems/panels Terminals, channels, and brackets Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning The product is also available in a 5 kg container upon request.
