Designed to process samples between 250 µl and 80 ml. The machine has an adjustable door mechanism which reduces or increases the paddle clearance between the sample and the door. This allows the operator, while the machine is in operation, to adjust the blending pressure by turning the control on the door. The control is designed to be simple and convenient with an easy glove friendly control and two thirds of a turn between maximum and minimum pressure adjustment. Protocols utilising the paddle speed options and varying paddle pressure during processing enable the operator to homogenise samples without the addition of diluents or solvents. The Stomacher 80 microBiomaster utilises all the Stomacher 80 bag range in addition to its own Stomacher 80 microBag. The adjustable door assembly is available as an accessory to upgrade existing Stomacher 80 Biomaster homgenisers. For the microBiomaster are special V-shape microBags obtainable.
