With a pH value of 6.8 ±0.2, this solution helps maintain a physiological pH in cell culture media, ensuring optimal conditions for cell growth and viability. It can also be used for washing cells before dissociation, transfection, or passaging, and for preserving cell tonicity and integrity during transportation. This sterile solution comes with an endotoxin content of ≤1.0 EU/ml and should be stored between +2 to +25 °C. Once opened, it should be kept at +2 °C to +8 °C and used within 2 years
