Utilized in a broad range of chemical manufacturing applications, the Roti ® Prep Gdna Mini 2.0 is designed for isolating genomic DNA from various starting materials such as bacteria, plants, fungi, cell cultures, animal tissue, or blood. This centrifugation-based extraction kit offers a new procedure that combines sample lysis with the subsequent binding of the DNA to a column membrane. With an elution volume ranging from 50 to 400 µl and a typical preparation time of approximately 8 minutes (excluding lysis), this kit can process microbial cell cultures, eukaryotic cell cultures, rodent tail, buccal swabs, tissue samples, and blood.
