With a typical yield of less than 65 µg, it offers efficient DNA extraction within approximately 8 minutes (excluding lysis), catering to microbial cell cultures (less than 5 x 10^10), eukaryotic cell cultures (less than 5 x 10^6), rodent tail (0.5-1 cm), buccal swabs, tissue samples (less than 20mg), and blood (200–400 µl). The elution volume can vary between 50-400 µl, ensuring flexibility in downstream applications.
