Intended for structured formulation workflows, the Roti ® Prep Forensic, 50 Preparations kit offers a versatile solution for DNA isolation from a variety of forensic samples. This centrifugation-based extraction system is designed for materials such as hair, blood, saliva, or semen stains, fingernails, cigarette butts, chewing gum, buccal swabs, stamps, and fingerprints. With an approximate preparation time of 15 minutes (excluding lysis), this mini prep version delivers DNA with a typical purity of A260/A280 ratio between 1.8 and 2.0. Store the components at temperatures ranging from +15 to +25 °C or +4 °C, as specified for individual components.
