This fitting can be avoided in FPLC-8 (0860.1) by fitting the column directly to an ÄKTA™ device through a 1/16″ Male/Female Luer Lock Connector. Standard connections are usually included with standard FPLC instruments. Directions for use Chemically stable in all commonly used reagents. *The exact filling volume depends on the column material used and varies by approx. ±10 %.
