For fully automatic determination of a sample. The start temperature is set via the LCD colour touch display (approx. 4-5 °C below the expected melting point). After reaching the selected starting temperature, the filled capillary is dropped into the capillary guide with the closed side down (sliding system). This slides independently into the measuring channel and starts the measurement with the preselected heating rate. After completion of the measurement, the start temperature, melting point and a graphic of the transparency progression are shown in the display.
