Lactophenol blue solution for microscopy Lactophenol blue solution is used to visualise fungal cells in various cytological materials. Application Air dry and heat fix the sample material on the slide. Then add 1-2 drops of staining solution and place a cover glass on top. After about 2 min the fungal cells appear dark blue. Depending on the type of sample material to be examined, it may be necessary to extend the reaction time of the staining solution. Not a medical device / Not an IVD product
