With a core diameter of approximately 4.4 nm, these particles exhibit excellent solubility in various solvents such as hexane, cyclohexane, toluene, chloroform, tetrahydrofuran (THF), and pyridine. Functionalized with trioctylphosphine oxide, they provide a Stokes shift of 10-20 nm and an emission peak width (full width at half maximum) of less than 30 nm.
