Zn-Cu-In-S/ZnS, 5 mg

Packaged to preserve integrity during storage and transportation, the Zn-Cu-In-S/Zns quantum dots (QD) with a concentration of 5 Mg are functionalized with dodecanethiol (DDT) for improved stability and solubility in hexane, cyclohexane, toluene, chloroform, THF, pyridine, and similar solvents. With a Stokes shift of approximately 120 nm, these QDs exhibit an emission peak width (FWHM) of around 100 nm and a quantum yield that varies depending on the wavelength, ranging from 20-60 %. Store at +4 °C to maintain their properties.
