For instance, when the surface tension ranges between 22-26 mN/m and 45-60 mN/m, the observation time is 2 seconds and 4 seconds respectively. This versatile test ink also features a Flash Point of 35°C and boils at 78°C, making it suitable for a wide range of temperature conditions during its application.
