With a surface tension of 26 mN/m, this test ink provides accurate results within ±0.5 mN/m. It exhibits two observation times: 2 seconds for readings between 22-26 mN/m and 4 seconds for readings between 45-60 mN/m. This non-toxic test liquid has a density of 0.8 g/cm³, a Flash Point of 13°C, and boils at 78°C.
