ROTI ® Garose-Glu/GST Beads, 10 ml

Manufactured to meet research and production requirements in the field of affinity chromatography, Roti ® Garose-Glu/GST Beads provide an effective solution for isolating glutathione-S-transferase (GST) or GST fusion proteins. With a density of 0.95 g/cm³, these beads are designed for low flow column chromatography or protein isolation in batch mode, even under medium pressure (MPLC, FPLC), when rapid flow rates are required or large sample volumes need to be purified. The bead suspension has a binding capacity of at least 8 mg per milliliter packed matrix, making it suitable for various applications within protein biology. Store them at +4 °C prior to use.
