This antibiotic blend comes packaged as a stable premixed powder that can be easily dissolved in cell culture water to create a 100x stock solution. With a final concentration of Penicillin at 10,000 I.U./ml and Streptomycin at 10mg/ml, this solution provides effective inhibition of both Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacterial growth. For optimal usage, we recommend applying the solution in a 1:100 dilution. The endotoxin content per vial meets the standard of ≤4.2 I.U./ml, ensuring safety during handling and storage at +4°C.
