ROTI ® Prep Gel & PCR, 50 preparations

Widely applied in chemical workflows, the Roti ® Prep Gel & PCR is a versatile tool for the purification of DNA fragments. This kit is suitable for purifying DNA from both PCR reactions and agarose gels. With an elution volume ranging from 30-50 µl, it offers efficient recovery of DNA. The typical purity of the extracted DNA, as measured by A260/A280 ratio, is within the range of 1.7-2.0. Store this kit between 15 to 25 °C for proper storage conditions.
