ROTI ® Prep RNA MINI, 10 preparations

Packaged to preserve integrity during storage and transportation, the Roti ® Prep RNA MINI is an exceptional centrifugation-based extraction kit designed for isolating total RNA from diverse sources such as eukaryotic cells, tissues, bacteria, biopsies, and even yeast cells. With a typical preparation time of approximately 10 minutes (excluding the lysis step), this kit employs a proven spin column technique that ensures fast, easy, and efficient RNA isolation. The kit's density (D) is 1,13 g/cm³, and it yields less than 100 μg of RNA. The elution volume ranges between 30-80 µl, and the typical purity (A260/A280) is 1.8-2.1. This kit does not require the use of DNase and can process materials weighing less than 20 mg of tissue, less than 5x10⁶ eukaryotic cells, less than 1x10⁹ bacterial cells, or less than 5x10⁷ yeast cells.
