This centrifugation-based extraction kit is suitable for purifying DNA from PCR reactions, as well as from TAE and TBE agarose gels. With an elution volume ranging from 30-50 µl, this kit offers efficient DNA recovery. The typical purity (A260/A280) of the recovered DNA is between 1.7-2.0, ensuring high-quality results. The preparation time varies depending on the starting material, approximately 3 minutes for sequencing and PCR reactions, and around 20 minutes for gel extraction. Store the kit at temperatures between +15 to +25 °C.
