ROTI ® Prep Soil DNA, 10 preparations

Notable for its clearly defined purity profile and consistent composition, the Roti ® Prep Soil DNA is a centrifugation-based extraction kit designed specifically for isolating microbial DNA from complex soil samples. During the extraction process, the soil sample is initially mechanically disrupted in a homogenizer using a ROTI ® SampleLyse tube. This kit, available in quantities less than 400 mg, yields typically under 30 μg of DNA with a typical A260/A280 ratio of 1.7-2.0. The storage temperature recommended for this product is between +15 to +25 °C.
