The kit offers fast, easy, and efficient preparation within approximately 15 minutes (excluding lysis), utilizing a well-known mini spin-column system. The typical yield of genomic DNA obtained from this process is less than 65 µg, with an elution volume ranging between 100-200 µl. The storage temperature recommended for this product is between +15 to +25 °C.
