This mini prep version offers efficient isolation of both DNA and RNA from a single sample, with typical yields of 40 μg for DNA and 60 μg for RNA. Elution volumes for DNA and RNA are 100 μl and 30-80 μl, respectively. The preparation time ranges from 15 to 40 minutes, depending on the source material. The kit ensures high purity, as evidenced by typical A260/A280 ratios of 1.7-2.0 for DNA and 1.8-2.1 for RNA.
