This sterile, anhydrous nutrient plate features a 47mm diameter growth surface and is stored between +15 to +25°C. Its unique composition, derived from an enriched Potato Extract Glucose Agar, allows for easy interpretation due to chromogenic additives and a 1x1cm grid. The plate's versatility extends to applications such as food and feed, cosmetics, and pharmaceutical samples, as well as hygiene monitoring and contamination control. Notably, it is AOAC-, MicroVal-, and NordVal-certified, ensuring reliable results for the verification of Aspergillus brasiliensis and Candida albicans.
