Manufactured to meet research and production requirements, the Compactdry™ Cf, 240 Unit(S), is designed for the detection and enumeration of coliform bacteria in various industries such as food and feed, cosmetics, and pharmaceuticals. This compact, anhydrous nutrient plate features a phosphate-buffered, rich medium with peptone and yeast extract as its nutrient base, enriched with NaCl, pyruvate, and cholates. The medium's unique composition, including X-Gal, causes coliform bacteria to grow in colonies of a bright blue color, enabling easy interpretation. With a diameter of 47mm and a growth surface area of 20cm², these plates are perfect for on-site use due to their room temperature storage capability. Each package contains 240 units, ensuring ample supply for extensive testing needs.
