Its 65mm diameter and 28cm² growth surface provide ample space for selective counting, particularly for yeasts and moulds such as Candida albicans, Saccharomyces cerevisiae, and Aspergillus brasiliensisis. The domed agar surface optimizes testing of specimen surfaces, while its triple wrapping and gamma irradiation ensure safe storage between +15 to +25°C. The plate's sealable lid offers two positions for aerobic and anaerobic incubation, making it a versatile tool in microbiological analysis.
