These dialysis systems are suitable for handling gel pieces up to approximately 1.0 x 2.0 cm and can accommodate volumes ranging from 0.1 to 3 ml. With a MWCO of 8 kDa, they are ideal for processing high-molecular weight substances such as DNA, RNA, and proteins. They are delivered in a dry state and should be stored at temperatures between +15 to +25 °C, although elution tubes in solution require storage at +4 °C.
